Order Processing and Air Shipping
All orders are shipped in no more than 2 business days and typically in 1. Air shipments are attempted to be sent in 1 business day always, BUT any order not in by 12 PM central time will not ship until the next business day.
Please note that orders after 12 pm on Tuesday via 3 day select will not arrive until the following Monday due to shipping on Wednesday and 3 business days being the following Monday via UPS. The same is the case with 2 day Air on orders after midnight on Wednesday and Overnight shipments after midnight Thursday. You must build in 1 day to ship and 1-3 business days to arrive when calculating air delivery dates.
Return and Exchange Policy
- We provide a return label for all returns and exchanges. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the label. Please include your order number and item(s)
- If you would like to return or exchange your Comfy Feet slippers please do so within 30 days of order.
- We do not accept worn slippers for exchange.
- Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or identifiable website order number.
- All returns are subject to inspection for excessive use or wear and we will credit the original purchasers account.
- We refund the original item cost only, not original shipping to you or for the return to us.
- We do not accept worn slippers for return.
When exchanging an item for one of another price we will charge the difference to the card on file from the original purchase. If you do not want that card charged, you must include payment in the package with your exchange.
Comfy Feet are a delicate item. To clean them you need to try a lint brush first, but if they require more cleaning try to hand wash with a light detergent and air dry to protect the colors.
